Q: What brands do you print on?
A: The majority of STRGHT & NRRW t-shirts are printed on 100% pre-shrunk cotton tees of the highest quality. The fit of this tee falls between the fit that an urban company would use and a skateboarding company would use. The cut of this tee is standard amongst most popular brands such as Nike, Hurley, Quick Silver, etc.
Q: Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
A: Yes, you can subscribe to the STRGHT & NRRW Email List, Our customers information is never shared or sold. Your information will only be used to alert you about new product updates as well as occasional sales and specials.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us. Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Q: How long does it take for shipments to arrive?
A: Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US usually takes 3-5 business days. We guarantee all U.S. orders within 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and your countries customs processing.

A: Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
